About Me
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering, Texas A&M University (2014)
Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Pacifica Graduate Institute (2025)
In grad school, I dove deep into depth psychology, an area of study largely focused on the unconscious. In many ways modern psychology has forgotten to pay reverence to the mystery of the human experience, preferring a more scientific approach to therapy. While I value this practicality, I feel fortunate that my training at Pacifica has allowed me to stay immersed in both worlds.
Prior Work Experience
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in the energy sector as an engineer and consultant, with a desire to help aid in the transition to non-carbon emitting electricity sources. The work was demanding and at times rewarding. But I always had a love of psychology and felt a calling to help others confront the big questions in life.
My dual background lets me listen with both heart and mind: I can hold intensity, see structure, map dynamics, and help you craft a next chapter that is grounded, meaningful, and resonant with who you really are.
Get To Know More (Video Content)
I’ve created video content where I discuss my views on therapy and psychology while also giving you a better sense of who I am as a person…much better than text on a screen ever could.
